Gengu attaches importance to staff training, boost enterprise development.
On the morning of November 10th, 2016, according to the work schedule of Zhejiang Wires and Cables Vocational Evaluation, Yu Limin, Jiang Jie, Li Guochang and Zhang Chengjun who are from Zhejiang Branch of Machinery Industry Vocational Skills of Wires and Cables visit Gengu Cable Co., Ltd to carry out the practical operation test for Gengu’s nine employees. The practical operation is divided into five classes: inspection, cabling, wire stranding, taping and extrusion. The appraise grades is divined in Intermediate Certificate and Senior Certificate.
In order to keep the practical operation test running smoothly, the company leaders pay great attention to this test and command special arrangements. In order to ensure the test smooth implementation, Personnel, Technical Department, Production department and QC department will combine together to arrange the training before test and preparatory work of the employees, machines and technology.
